Our Term & Conditions outline the guidelines, policies and important information you need to know when using our services and making purchases with Love & Fleur.

By placing an order with Love & Fleur, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when using our services:

Orders

- All orders are subject to availability.

- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details.

- It is your responsibility to ensure all details provided, including recipient information and delivery address, are accurate.

Products

- As flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, size, or shape may occur compared to images on our website.

- Substitutions may be made to ensure freshness and availability, but we always aim to match the style and value of your chosen bouquet.

Delivery

 

- We work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, but delivery dates and times cannot always be guaranteed.

- For next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM local time.

- If no one is available to accept the delivery, flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Once delivered, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the flowers.

Returns & refunds

- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

- Refunds will only be considered if items arrive damaged. Photographic evidence is required.

- If delivery was completed and left in a safe place as instructed, we are not liable for loss or damage.

Cancellations

- Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

- For same-day or next-day deliveries, cancellations may not always be possible.

Quality & freshness

 

- Our flowers are sourced from trusted growers in Kenya and Ecuador to ensure the highest quality.

- To maximize freshness, we may deliver some flowers in bud form so the recipient can enjoy the full blooming process.

personal messages

 

- We are not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors in messages provided by the customer.

- Messages deemed inappropriate or offensive will not be printed.

Liability

- Love & Fleur is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, courier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer).

- Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

Privacy & data protection

- We take your privacy seriously and only use your personal information to process and deliver your order.

- Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete delivery.

Changes to terms

- Love & Fleur reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
