At Love & Fleur, we understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery, which is why we work with trusted couriers to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time.

Where is my delivery?

Has your order not been delivered when it said it would? You can track your order using your tracking number or you may contact us via email.

Note - Please be sure to include your order number within the email

What delivery options are available?

We offer FREE Next-Day delivery on all our items across the UK, just so long as you place your order before 3PM.

We also offer Same-Day delivery within the South Yorkshire area. You'll be able to see at checkout if you're eligible and within our radius.

All our orders are shipped and delivery with DPD Delivery Service.

DPD Tracking Issues

DPD Delivery Timeframe

DPD is not a guaranteed service, so while we aim for your delivery to arrive on your selected date, in very rare cases it may be delivered the following working day. Unfortunately, if this occurs it is out of our hands. However, if your flowers arrive with any damage, please be sure to contact us so we can take the necessary steps in resolving your problem.

Sent to the wrong Sorting Office?

On a rare occasion, DPD may send your parcel to the wrong delivery office. If this happens, your delivery should arrive on the next working day after being rerouted. However, if there are any issues with your order, don't hesitate to get in contact with us.

Returned to the Sorting Office?

We strive to ensure that all postmen and women follow instructions to post or leave your delivery in a safe place. However, if they are unable to do so, a card will be left indicating that your parcel can be collected from the delivery office. Don’t worry, your delivery will remain secure, even if collected a day later.

Can I change my delivery address once I've placed my order?

Changing your delivery address may be possible if your order has not yet been printed. However, if this has been done and your order has been dispatched, we can no longer change your details. If you wish to make any amendments, please contact our customer support service or email us ensuring you include your order number.
