Choose Your Delivery Date and Location

Select your preferred delivery date and location to ensure your flowers arrive exactly when and where you need them. We offer flexible delivery options, including next-day delivery and more, so you can surprise your loved ones at the perfect moment.

Review and Proceed to Checkout

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been successfully placed and is being processed. Sit back, relax, and look forward to the joy your flowers will bring when they arrive!

Can I edit my order?

 

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has been processed for delivery, we may not be able to make changes.

 

Please also note that orders placed for next-day delivery may not have to option to be edited as we usually process them straight away. However, feel free to still get in touch with us at your earliest convenience, and we'll promptly review the status of your order to discuss any possible changes that can be made.

​Changes to your order can be guaranteed if requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. However, please note that during peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, accommodating changes may be challenging even with advanced notice.

Can I cancel my order?

 

If you need to cancel your order, don't worry, we're here to help. Feel free to reach out to our customer support team, who will assist you with the cancellation process. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we're here to help you navigate you through any necessary changes.

In cases of next-day delivery orders, cancellation may be challenging due to our prompt preparation process aimed at ensuring timely delivery. Nevertheless, we advise you to still get in touch with us promptly, and our team will evaluate the order status to consider any possible cancellation solutions.

When is the deadline for Next-Day delivery?

 

The deadline for next-day delivery orders is 4PM. Orders placed before this time, if selected for next-day delivery, will be processed for delivery the following day. Please ensure to complete your order before the specified deadline to guarantee timely delivery.
