What should I do if my flowers arrive wilted or damaged?

 

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or unsatisfactory items.​

What should I do if I didn't get any flower food?

 

Unfortunately, we're not able to send this out individually to reach your flowers on time, however there's an easy substitute you can use at home! Just add a pinch of sugar to your vase! Refresh the water every few days and add a pinch of sugar for the best results.
