At Love & Fleur, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every floral purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I make a return?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns for flowers due to their perishable nature. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Am I eligible for a refund?

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery as you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that photographic evidence of the damage may be required so we're able to look into your case further.

What if I receive the wrong items?

 

Although this is a very rare occurrence, if you received the wrong item in your order, please contact us immediately. Our team will make every effort to address your case appropriately and take any required measures.

How long does it take to process a refund?

 

Once you're eligible for a refund, we will process your refund straight away. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
